It seems it is easier to try to use Egyptian Magic to attack other countries - North Korea for example.  I first  hit them in 1994 online without using any web hacks (just Chronokinetic Energy) - so they stopped Internet access there.  I also cursed "Un" and gave him an illness, which he later recovered from.  Now picking off his Generals is like as if "he did it."  Telepathy works too.  If I hit the ISIL group, one of two results -- their finances were hit, and they lose battles.
