billionaires buying land for wrong reason...

Because some of my readers believed that I bought Niihau and "thousands of acres" of land, the other Billionaires are now "buying up millions of acres of land in Continental USA." Larry Ellison bought up Lanai Island not long ago. Why? I am not playing a game when I acquired Niihau (actually I do not own it yet because the US Gov never sent me the Deed for me to sign...). So when people gossip - when primitive Humen talk -- other people get nervous and do drastic things, like End of the World preparation, magnetic therapy, or whatnot. They see me doing stuff and imitate it because I am intelligent and they copy me to see what I am about.
Is Larry Ellison going to build a country? or Ted Turner? No?
They could then secede from the union...
Why did I acquire Niihau? It's a Mystery - Life is a Mystery. It's private - not your concern.
Maybe I want to rebuild Ancient Egypt there, or build a tomb for my Ka. Or a palace on an island.
Not for to say that "I have more land than you.."

To avoid this "fiscal cliff" of the USA Debt,
1. Order Iraq and Afghanistan to pay USA Tributary Taxes for having invaded their countries. This pays 1/2 for the Military presence there, and 1/2 for the civilian costs. They should pay this to compensate for having enlisted soldiers' family endure casualties as well. Taxes may exist as Oil revenue.
Tribute is traditionally considered to be "organized plunder tax" - Ancient Egypt did this post-conquest in place of outright plundering their enemies. Iraq plundered their own cities after 2002 invasion. USA has its policy against "Imperialism" which is a mistake if USA is to cover its assets post invasion just to make foreign allies happy while civilians suffer.
2. Pay UEIR its taxes. This will help me/us contribute to society and create jobs.
3. Stop paying taxes to UEIR for 2012-2013 if necessary. Just pay taxes from 1994-2012.

State Secession was first mentioned by M7 on this blog -- somewhere.
Secession will prevent the Fiscal Cliff, and remedy the Federal Government dramatically.
A different kind of union may work too -- The Federal Government will be reduced to only loyal factions.
The USSR / Soviet Union fell apart and became a Commonwealth of Independent States. It still exists in a different form (and still has WMDs).
