An Economic Budget for the Kingdom of Niihau Microstate®

This is the annual fiscal Budget for the Kingdom starting at $10Million USD or per that amount in increments from Taxes or other Funds. The Empire may be included via permission. Unspent funds are added to the following year(s).

Agriculture: On any land that is zoned for Agriculture (not necessarily on the Main Island/Niihau which is zoned mostly for Conservation), an allotment of $1.5 Million is given, or per $10M each increment adjust as necessary. This funding will pay for pesticides, seeds, irrigation, fertile soil, fertilizer, tools, Granary storage, tractors, A.I. or Computers, offices, Farmhands (employees), markets and distribution, water, equipment, ranch animals, etc.

Medical or Health: $1Million; this pays for Medicines, a Medical Clinic, offices, Doctors and Nurses, Medical Equipment, vaccines, First Aid, Emergency Rooms, Ambulance (rental), Counselors, Storage, etc.

Energy: $0.5Million: this pays for Solar and Wind Generation, Solar panels, Windmills, equipment, vehicles, etc.

Water: $0.5Million: This pays for Water filtration, plumping, sanitation, storage (in cisterns), rainwater catchment, pipes (in pending Land-bridge to Kauai), desalination, repairs, etc.

Entertainment: $0.5Million: This pays for Kayak Classes, Sports, computer games, theater, Musical performances, Art classes, Native Culture classes (Lei making), Lu’au Feasts, Yoga classes, Archery classes, other Meditation, Poetry classes, Literature classes, etc.

Housing: $1.5Million: This pays for Native housing, homeless and animal shelters, rentals, leases, vacation home rentals, Hotel rentals (units), Bird Sanctuary (Lehua Island), repairs, etc.

Security: $1Million: This pays for Security Guards, Cyber Protection (anti-virus, etc.), walls and gates, Drones, Police Automatons, cameras, computers, offices, body armor, protective devices (stunners), helicopter (rental), etc.

Religion & Spirituality: $0.5 Million: This pays for Churches, Temples, Priests, religious education, annual Festivals, repairs, websites, books, incense, equipment, clothing (vestments), Charity donations, computers, etc.

Education: $1Million: This pays for Schools (K-12) and Distance-Learning Colleges, books, equipment, libraries, the Internet (access), websites, email (paid), electronic books (.PDF), teachers, librarians, counselors, marketing, computers, Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), Art classes, Meditation classes (Tai Chi, Yoga), Genealogy classes, Maker-Space classes, Science Festivals (annual), Time-Banking, Charity, uniforms, etc.

Infrastructure: $0.5Million: This pays for paved roads, cobblestone roads or pathways, horses and vehicles, sanitation, plumbing, Airport or shuttle, walls and Dykes (Climate Change, rising Sea levels), Gates and Check-point Security, cameras, fallout shelters, Drones (Weather), News Station or Radio Station, satellites, electronic cars, self-driving cars, Solar panels, Radios, Digital Televisions, cellular phones, repairs, tools, Copper wiring, Farm maintenance, Post Office, Recycling, etc.

Bureaucracy: $0.5 Million: This pays for book-keeping, accounting, Taxes, Tax collection, Records, Public Records & Archives, Scribes, offices, Storage, Title Deeds, Passports, Postal Stamps, Genealogy Records, computers, Wills & Trusts, Food Stamps or Welfare, post cards, paper, ink, etc.

Treasury: $0.5 Million: This pays for Saved Money in the Treasury if not spent, Treasury Bonds, Currency, Stock certificates, Banks, Foreign Currency Exchange, offices, Vaults, Precious Metals or Gems, Time-Banks, Traveler’s Checks, coins, Stamps and Collectibles, Commemoratives, etc.

Pharaocracy: $0.5 Million: This pays for the Pharaoh’s salary (per every $10M).
