The previous "email spoof" was not from anyone on my part, it was from the NSA itself and my "reply" went unanswered because it was from the NSA and  not African 419 email spammers. Until M7 discovered Niihau is completely worthless.

There is no permanent water there.  Solar Power is the only source of electricity (after 2007).  No modern sanitation or running water or plumbing.  The land is dry, lifeless.  The Ranch closed in 1999.  The only funding comes from a leased US Navy installation on the hills.  People are dropping like flies.  Though ideal for a Necropolis the island has no intrinsic value.  Why would anyone want it?

As a Micronation this is ideal.  Micronations do not care about physical aspects of lemons.

You cannot build "New Palestine" on Niihau.  But, New Egypt could be an idea.
