Statues

Is it possible to use a 3D Printer to make Life Size Statues of Egyptian figures (Pharaohs, Gods, etc.) then cast them in Titanium for use in Temple construction? The statues would be hollow/empty and just cast/molded in rust-proof Titanium (used in jet fighter construction) for outside the buildings.
