Every Egyptian Pharaoh (then and now) has 5 Titled Names, after the 18^th Dynasty.

The Horus Name – This is the Divine Name of the King, associated with Horus the God of the Kingship.  Most Pharaohs are incarnations of Horus, starting with Horus Narmer and ending with Ptolemy Caesar (Horus Michael I).

The Two Ladies Name – These are the 2 Goddesses representing Upper and Lower Egypt (North and South), the Political Name.  The Goddesses are the Cobra and the Vulture.  Nebty.

The Golden Name (Horus of Gold) – This name was given when Pharaoh conquered Nubia (as Horus is shown dominating the symbol of gold or Nubia), the Priestly Name. Nub Tawy.

The Dual-King Name (Upper/Lower Egypt) – Or Nesu-Bity, this is the royal name in the Cartouche.  Nesu(t)-Bity.

The Son of Ra Name (or Prince of Light), which is the Personal Name given at birth by his parents or the priests (Prince Name).  Ra is the King of Light so his “son” is the Prince of Light.  (Michael J. Costa).  Sa-Ra.

Earth Day.

Today was Earth Day 2023. 

I celebrated Earth Day by visiting a local gathering of Literary talents in the East Bay Area (The Mainland-CA), where people offered Free Tree saplings to offset Climate Change, and showed their artist or literary wares.  In other parts of the World, People advertised for Climate-friendly products. 

Earth Day can be more effective if people used a new currency I thought up called CLIMATE CREDITS.  To earn CC: you can sell or exchange your fuel-based automobile for an electric Car and earn the CC as a bonus.  CC is an alternative to the USA Dollar as a currency; I view USA Dollars as a National Currency with Climate Credits as a Popular Currency.  CC can be given for any Good Deeds or social rewards for anti-Climate actions.  The set value per CC is $100 each.  CC in coin form will be in recycled Aluminum, and recycled Paper Money.  I already suggested this to POTUS Biden in 2023 (with the usual no reply).

A lector priest was a priest in ancient Egypt who recited spells and hymns during temple rituals and official ceremonies. Such priests also sold their services to laymen, reciting texts during private apotropaic rituals or at funerals.^[1] As such, they were some of the most prominent practitioners of "magic" (heku) in ancient Egypt. In ancient Egyptian literature, lector priests are often portrayed as the keepers of secret knowledge and the performers of amazing magical feats.^[2]

The highest-ranking lector priest in a temple, the chief lector priest, managed the temple's archives of ritual texts.^[2]

The term lector priest" is usually used to translate the Egyptian title, ẖrj-ḥꜣb (kheri-hab), which literally means "the carrier of the book of ritual".^[3] The term for a chief lector priest, ẖrj-ḥꜣb ḥrj-tp, was so closely associated with magic that, in Late Egyptian language, the shortened form ḥrj-tp became a general term for "magician".^[1]

Lector priests wore a sash across the chest that indicated their position.

Egyptian academics are claiming that Cleopatra, who was born in the Egyptian city of Alexandria in 69 BC and belonged to a Greek-speaking dynasty, was of European descent and not Black. An Egyptian lawyer has reportedly filed a complaint demanding that legal measures are taken to block Netflix outright in Egypt, to prevent the show from airing. The complaint claims the docudrama, which drops May 10, violates the country’s media laws.

Now as Pharaoh (and according to CIA, the de facto owner of ARE) I have to comment on this issue.  The film which stars an Actress of mixed ancestry is not the problem, but the commentary that states “Cleopatra VII (A Ptolemy) was black” rather than “Mixed Greek/Egyptian.”  There is a long-held Internet-based delusion that Ancient Egyptians are black (African) because they used Bitumen on their remains.  Bitumen is a viscous, black-colored Tar or glue that holds the mummy wrappings to the body.  The skin color of Ancient Egypt was “golden.”  They used gold on the surface of Mummy cases to reflect this, rather than a modern Status symbol (Silver was more valuable to Egyptians as it was rarer).  Cleopatra VII was the by-product of Incest, like many Pharaohs including Tutankhamon.  The Ptolemies are children of General Ptolemy Soter I of Ancient Greece, who accompanied Alexander the Great of Macedon on his Conquest of the Persian Empire.  The Ptolemies chose incest to “maintain their Greek Ancestry” rather than mix with Native Egyptians (or anyone else).   Cleopatra VII had Nubian Bodyguards and Nubian Miners for her famed Emerald Mines. 

Older Academics that favored the idea that “Ancient Egyptians had connections to Africa” include outdated books by E.A. Wallis Budge written in the 1800s in England, whom had racial issues with that because at the time “only English Ancestry was superior” and “Ancient Egyptians were Primitive Africans” since Egypt became part of the British Empire, post-Napoleonic era.  Of course, his books are outdated but are still available online.  Budge was the “Keeper of the British Museum.”  

Modern Academics use Genetics and Archaeology to resolve these issues.  Netflix is simply “playing to the crowd” of Non-Egyptology for Profit by Libeling the Dead and promoting Misinformation for causing riots in Egypt.   © M7C 2023.
