The value of information...

Information that is out in the open or in public generally is not that valuable.  But, once someone hides information, it becomes important.  The Epstein Files were not that important except to the President once he found his name in them, then he hid the files, making the files valuable to the Media.  A top-secret Billionaire is valuable to spies but not to his ordinary family who doesn’t know he is classified.  Public Records only shows information recorded in the Public not classified secrets of the USA Govt.  If a top-secret Billionaire owns Niihau, the Public Record only shows the previous owners as the current ones, means, people will lie to cover this up until a future date when the information is made public or declassified.  Don’t count on that or wait.  The Govt. rarely declassifies anything like UFO Files and if they do they redact (color it in heavy black ink) the important information.   Secrets are regularly stolen or purchased by spies of Foreign Governments.  If the information was in the Public no one would care or notice it.
