This is a small island accessible from a display case outside Fort Dawnguard.
On this island is a working Inn, General Store, Sake Bar & Grill, Docks, and a Castle on the hill overlooking the town. I may add to this project later, as there is space for improvement. Storage Chests are marked "Safe." Game requires Dawnguard DLC.
