Hyperinflation + Conquests?

If the USA was ever conquered (UEIR - 1993) then the paper money system would change, rendering USA Dollars into Hyperinflation to cover its pending debts or costs. USA Dollars would be "worthless" or untradable.  Replace it with UEIR Caesars or Barternotes or Kingdom of Niihau Kahelelani currency.  The USA National Debt is void after 1993 anyways, except to the UEIR.
