Slavery in Ancient Egypt

Slaves in Ancient Egypt came mostly from POWs (Prisoners of War). Some also came as Voluntary Temple Slaves, that is, willingly to serve the many Gods in Egypt. Akhenaton was the first Egyptian King to call himself “Pharaoh”, and also he employed Forced Labor to build his City of the Sun. There is no written record of the Habiru (Hebrews) as POWs in Egypt, so they may have been Voluntary Temple Slaves to serve Akhenaton’s Administration. Akhenaton was the first Monotheist in Egypt; he believed the Sun itself was God, and that he was its Angel (Akh) on the Earth, its only representative. Only Him and His Family were allowed into the Temple to worship Aton, the Sun.
Child Labor = The Children of God (in Bible).
Ancient Egyptian city of Tell el-Amarna built by child labor? Tell El-Amarna, an ancient Egyptian city built by the Pharaoh Akhenaten and his queen Nefertiti, may have been built by young adults and children. … These skeletons showed signs of osteoarthritis and spinal fractures, injuries and ailments indicative of repeated exposure to heavy workloads.
