If Nuclear War occurs with Russia, the side effects of a release of Nuclear Energy (heat, solar radiation) will destroy Covid19 virus and Carbon in the atmosphere from Climate Change. The Covid19 virus doesn’t like intense heat. The Carbon in the atmosphere would burn itself out. Most concrete buildings would remain intact, especially with modern Neutron bombs. Russia would probably target major Cities or military bases not rural areas in the Midwest USA. If Nuclear blasts occur in the upper ionosphere, satellites would be affected and also clear out the space debris in orbit. Of course Nuclear War is a deterrent to attacking Russia directly, but focused Earthquakes within Russia can detonate Nuclear Weapons on the ground in silos, like in North Korea. The volcano in Tonga registered at “600 times the power of an atomic weapon” which caused the Tsunami in the Pacific (via Effective Egyptian Magic).
