For an Electable Ceremonial Monarchy

Chapter 1: A Party of One

The Republican Party in 2020 collapsed in support of one candidate, former President Donald J. Trump, and has never recovered from it. He was their only strong candidate, and everyone has vowed to be his loyal puppet in a future American Dictatorship. If Democrats can be Socialist Democrats without breaking the Foundation of Government, then we the people can also have an electable Monarchy represented with Democratic values and support of a revised or amended Constitution.

To accomplish this, we the people require an appropriate and new Political Party, the aptly named Autocrat Party. The Roman Empire under Augustus Caesar was not a Monarchy; it was an extension of the Republic. We have 50 States with additional territories that can become States if desired. Some States wish to separate to form their own system, being discontent with a rival Party in the Oval Office. There is nothing written in any Law in USA that said the Constitution cannot be revised. We have multiple Amendments, as a form of revision voted into Law. It is not carved in Stone, despite any “Strike and Insert” wording. It is on paper as a temporary medium. Rather than restrict Gun Laws in the 2^nd Amendment, just revise the Amendment to address issues as in Gun Safety or to prevent Mass shootings and other abuses.

POTUS Trump has installed Judges, Governors, and Statesmen loyal to his perversion of Government. Some of whom have penned Laws restricting Abortion Rights in light of the Supreme Court ruling in 2022. And they are not done until USA becomes a Republican Dictatorship.

An Electable Monarchy is a better solution than a Military Dictatorship, as it is not inherited. Britain has a Ceremonial Monarchy, where the King/Queen has limited political influence. If USA can be modeled on that form of Government, then we can have respect with regards to Democratic Elections and have a visual leader that is not corrupted by wealth but displays it for foreign affairs and dignitaries visiting the United States. Gone are the displays of Power with parades of Military vessels in rogue States like North Korea or Russia (both of whom were admired by POTUS Trump).

The Autocrat Party is the formulation for an Electable (Ceremonial) Monarchy in the USA. The Electable ruler will not be called a President. We can draw ideas from the original Ancient Egyptian Founders of USA (Freemasons) and call the Ceremonial Monarch an American Pharaoh. The Speaker of the House may remain, or call him/her the Vizier (Prime Minister). The Vice-President may be the Regent. These titles are not inherited but elected, so cannot be a Title of Nobility (inheritable). The titles are just a re-branding of existing names. Governors may be called Nomarchs with States as Nomes. These offices appear only when Autocrats are a strong Majority or are elected to the Capitol or Oval Office.

As a Ceremonial Monarch, the American Pharaoh can bestow Awards for actions like Citizenship on a Ceremonial level. While the British Monarchy gives honorary Knighthoods, the American Pharaoh can dwell amongst riches in a new Palace, a suitable destination for visiting dignitaries from Saudi Arabia or other historical Monarchs. The Pharaoh retains the same powers and abilities of any President. Only the appearance changes; this visual ruler is preferred.

The political views of the Autocrat Party would involve the current status of the American People. We need responsible candidates not extremists. I prefer Moderates in any party. Climate Change or Acts of God is still real, and is causing damage to each State from pollution. But we should not stop there: pollution anywhere needs to be cleansed, in Outer Space, on other Planets caused by us, in the Oceans, on beaches, and other lands. Recycling of resources supplies us with materials for industry. Climate Change contributes to Pandemics like with Covid19 and other contagions. USA needs a Chief Science Officer on its Board of Directors. Over-taxation causes people to become homeless, not just because of lack of employment or rent prices. Surpluses are always misspent or returned. Food is often wasted or destroyed because of lack of profit per Farms or Companies selling it. Excess Food should be distributed via Charities or Social Security, funded by Surplus revenue. Disabled Adults should not be subjected to a limit on funding when in Poverty; such limits contribute to homelessness. We don’t need new laws. We need to fix existing laws.

Leftover funds from a Political win should fund the Ceremonial Monarchy as soft or passive income in lieu of using added taxes. Another source is private funding like with Charities or Interstate Lotteries.

A Wealth Cap for Billionaires will prevent them from acquiring all the available resources that can be purchased. This should be set at $100 Billion USD, and anything earned over that amount in cash (not stock value) goes directly to the Treasury Department with credit on the taxes per individual or Corporation. This counts as Surplus Revenue. Not to say Billionaires with multiple heirs won’t simply gift each one $100Billion, but an increased Gift Tax may work. The Surplus Revenue will be set aside for special projects that standard taxes are not contributing to. Senator Elizabeth Warren once suggested taxing Billionaires for certain projects like Social Security, building homes for the Homeless, Infrastructure, but Congress settled on 15% Corporate Tax (which I wrote in my Micronation books previously) like a Modern-day Robin Hood type tax (“take from the rich to give to the poor”). No one has suggested Taxing Mega-Churches in Congress yet, except for citizens and atheist groups, due to Separation of Church and State issues.

A Minimum Earned Income for Citizens that is not taxable should help with workers rather than continuously updating Minimum Wage. This would apply only to Government Jobs so Companies won’t need to cut services to pay their workers. This is basically paid volunteer work. Interns and Citizens who volunteer for City services would be paid for their input.

Asteroid Mining in Outer Space would pay for Space Services, NASA, Space Tourism, and the Space Force Military. A Moon Colony, Interplanetary Colonies (Mars, etc.), and more Space Stations are the goal. This is especially helpful when International groups support it, rather than go in alone (ISS). Recycling Space Junk in orbit or on any World touched by Humanity will help provide resources. Recently Space Companies created Oxygen on Mars, which has a Carbon Dioxide Atmosphere. Frozen Ice on the Moon supplies water or air for Colonists.

Obsolete Laws should be discarded per each City or Nome. Replace them with more precise or amended Laws. Militias existed when USA was in Colonial Expansion and needed protection from Native American groups or Cowboys and organized crime. This is in the Second Amendment. Militias are organized by the Government, Not by its Citizen base. We think of this as armed Gangs or Mafia crime groups today. Citizens may need protection but not the need to collect firearms which can be stolen to commit murder or other violence such as Mass Shootings and Terrorism. Replace guns with Electrical Self-Defense devices; also a Gun regulation Tax.

Automobiles powered by Gasoline or Carbon-based fuel are to be replaced by electric or hybrid technology. Jets can run on Hydrogen Fuel in place of common Jet Fuel. Space rockets use Hydrogen fuel (water vapor is a side effect). This reduces Carbon pollutants contributing to Climate Change effects (separate from Custom Weather/Elemental Chronokinesis).

Building more available reservoirs and water cisterns will collect rain water during Monsoon Floods, which can be directed away from Cities or sealed on their top openings. This offsets Drought conditions. Greenhouse type buildings with multiple levels, artificial or mirrored Sunlight, irrigation, and storage rooms should help with Agriculture in lieu of open Farms subject to weather conditions. Cloud-seeding, water extraction technology, and refined Desalination are options for procuring water in Drought regions caused by Climate Change. Building retaining walls and dykes protect Cities and Islands from rising Sea Levels.

Solar and Wind Power generation should be free to produce. If housing has Solar Panels the Citizens should not be taxed until they sell surplus electricity to the Energy Companies as an Export Tax of 5%. This tax would reduce any payment for Natural Gas or paid electricity, and add passive income to the home owner.

Private Farms not connected to a Business can be taxed 5% of surplus produce when sold as Exports. This includes any plant used for Medical purposes. Crypto-Currency can be taxed after sold or converted into American Currency, a 5% Sales Tax.

Now the American Pharaoh can be supplied by Private Industry owned by the Government. Revenue from State-owned Hotels (purchased in the 2020’s for temporary housing of displaced or Homeless people), Car company bailouts, Farms, Mortgaged Buildings, seized assets from organized Crime, or other businesses can contribute to the resources of the Autocratic Regime. This is separate from IRS tax revenue.

The Pharaoh as a Ceremonial ruler may be dressed as a Sovereign when greeting Foreign Heads of State. Delegations to the Palace will resemble Cleopatra VII’s Palace from the Roman Republic era. Gilded furniture, silk clothing embroidered in gold thread, golden bathroom fixtures, Artwork and Statuary, Pyramids on the front lawn, and votive gifts to each State Emissary are the norm.
