The
Current President of the United States is
not indoctrinating a Monarchy or Autocracy, but rather is marketing an
Autocracy by embodying it. POTUS-47 is not an Autocrat. He is a businessman, so he knows how to do
Marketing. In the Clinton through Obama Administrations, some marketing for this project
was done, though mostly in the form of televised Commercials, movies, books,
computer games, music, hotel scenery, and company Logos. Nothing
was done during the POTUS-46 or Joe Biden Administration.
I wrote to the authors of Project 2025
back in 2024 after I read it. I told
them that they could not use their project, so instead of Project 2025 the President decided to Market my
Country’s information in the form of his reign.
My Country is classified top
secret by the Central Intelligence Agency.
Information that is in the Public may
be classified, but unless someone points it out, no one really cares.

Using computer-drafted letterhead
in commercial Logos can become boring over time. I also employed short slogans on paper
currency. Other publications included
Government or Tax Codes for my Country. These
were known prior to 2001 CE.
My Country is the Autocracy that the President is researching for his ruling style in
2025-2028. He liked parts of it or
quoted from it many times. Ideas like Trade Tariffs, Immigration Fees of $1000 per day, and the ability to
declare War or Peace on other countries are all quoted from my books.

The Government shall follow
the example of a Corporation, with
Directors in place of Ministers. The country is divided into 3 States: Lower Egypt (the Delta and
Alexandria), Central Egypt, and Upper Egypt.
Each State is overseen by a Vizier (Prime Minister) or CEO. The President in this case is the Pharaoh, a
Symbol of the Country, with limited powers of influence. The
Founder is also a Pharaoh. Other
annexed lands form the Empire, which is governed by the Pharaoh and a
Viceroy/Consulate. The Foreign Affairs
Department is the Sultanate. Each State’s central government is the Vizierate. Palestine
may be an Imperial Province occupying the Sinai Peninsula and the Gaza Strip.
The economy of Egypt is partly divided between Private and Nationalized
Businesses. The Private Businesses are
owned by the Citizens, whereas the Nationalized ones are owned by the
Government for State Revenue. Only
strong businesses are to be selected for this. Income taxes are limited to Citizen profits
above self-maintenance, set at the rate of 10% maximum per month. Business
taxes (Corporate tax) of non-government owned companies are set at a maximum
of 15% of profits above self-maintenance.
Chapter 1: Economy
The Government, being
a mechanism of the people, shall purchase or annex only strong businesses capable of supporting an economy. This shall provide substantial revenue for
the State(s), replacing the need for income and
other unnecessary Taxation. The
people shall provide as needed
any labor, skills, or intellectual
output for said businesses.
Other businesses may be owned by
Citizens, with only business or corporate taxes subject to Profits only, no less than 5% of Annual or Monthly
revenue is counted; no more than 15%
of revenue, but not at that level for any period of time, consistently. Non-Profits pay nothing, but may contribute
volunteer services for other programs of the Government if desired.
The Money
of the Govt. is valued by the level of Contentment or Happiness of the
Citizens. In essence, the token
currencies in use in the World are just excuses that mask the small fact that
everything is actually Free, but people want to abuse this Freedom by
incurring suffering related to Money.
All Citizens are “Middle Class” as there shall be No Poverty, except by
choice or religion or as discipline
of Legal Violations of this Constitution.
Trade
Tariffs are only imposed on imports from Nations
that we do not have sufficient relationships with,
otherwise there are Free Trade Treaties that shall exist.
Provincial Tribute may be
implemented in any Foreign Affairs Intervention prior to engagement in the
Military, and after any prolonged involvement.
A Nomarch is a Provincial ruler, or
Governor. Any Provincial Consul
(Consulate or Sultanate) is a Nomarch. Provinces
are Governments in foreign or occupied lands, as conquered or annexed by the
Imperial Senate. To become an Imperial
Senator one must first be a King or some form of recognized ruler, and a
Citizen. Place of birth is
unnecessary; for it is in dying that one
is born to Eternal Life (St. Francis quote).
Freedoms
shall exist only with Responsibility for one’s actions,
not defended by the Military. One
wonders why the USA doesn’t do this; they had the highest amount of
overcrowded prisons in the West, and wars spawned by exploitation of Free
Speech along with Terrorist Attacks against Presses or Artists. Their Military Budget exceeded all other
Departments just to defend their “rights.” However they incorporated laws
relating to what can be said in public, as with public slander or libel,
obscenities, or indecent language. The
people were not clear as to what constitutes an antagonist towards Free Speech. Only with responsibility can people allow
actions to exist.
Freedoms Allowed:
The
Citizens have the right to express
freely their thoughts, ideas, inventions, and words without harming
another. Free Speech originally is the
right to speak out against the Government, in the form of public (peaceful) assembly or protests. If the
people decide to become violent,
then this Freedom is temporarily revoked
by the people who commit it. Violence in this regard involves
personal or public damage caused in
a riot or similar disturbance. This
right also extends to a Free Press,
though Government Presses are also legal.
Lawsuits against Pharaoh are
illegal, as are frivolous extortion lawsuits against Citizens. Pharaoh
M7 has Sovereign Immunity.
Pharaoh
has the right to declare War or Peace/Ceasefire on any
hostilities, collect and set Taxes or Tariffs, oversee all
religious functions or ceremonies, be
elected by random Lottery (the proceeds collected by the Lottery shall pay
for the Pharaoh’s expenses) every 15 to 30
years “the Jubilee Lottery,” appoint his Court members, build a monument or
tomb, build Temples, write legislation (Laws) and Edicts, oversee Judicial
proceedings, Line-item Veto (Executive Orders), give Honorary titles and
awards, Naturalize Citizens, and collect foreign Tribute.
Plebes
are non-Citizens and have limited rights.
Illegal immigrants after staying one Calendar month in the
Province should be registered or refrain from entering Govt. Property or
buildings, unless they incur a Fee of $100 USD per day, or until
vacated. Plebes related to Citizens are
called Knighted Citizens, and have similar rights as Full Citizens.
