Sea levels are expected to rise 3+ feet by 2030 in Maui, Hawaii. This is called Climate Change: Rising Sea levels. It is primary caused by an excess of Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere, as caused by pollution from factories, vehicles, and livestock that melts polar ice by increasing water temperatures in a “Green house effect” (multiplying temperatures).

The Kingdom of Niihau has suggested the building of a Lava Rock Barrier at sea near the islands affected. This would be built using local resources (Lava) from the Big Island of Hawaii. The barrier would deflect most incoming waves from reaching the shores. It would be built in a maze pattern so boats (and submarines) can enter and exit. On the shores are currently temporary sand-bag barriers and sea walls. Building on higher foundations is an option for houses and hotels. The Barrier would be cost-effective if built locally or via volunteers. It should be at least 20 feet thick and stackable on top.

Digital Currency to replace Paper Money in the distant Future:

My idea is to print USA Digital Dollars on a home printer with transferable Codes (see above) connected to a personal account of Digital Dollars (Crypto-currency) for daily transactions without electricity. Crypto-currency relies on electricity to conduct transactions, as do computer printers. The same concept is found in Casinos where winnings are printed with codes to be cashed (with 30 day expiration dates if not redeemed). The code refers to the issuing Bank URL. The benefits are less printed currency and better security.

Digital Dollars are stackable picture files stored on a flash drive or cell phone account or similar device, rather than a computer server. Ideal for traveling away from home.

The Global Corporate Tax rate is 15% according to the G20 and President Biden of USA. This 15% Tax rate is from the Kingdom of Niihau , as in Akualand (page 8) ,originally in the 1999 Code Caesar Law & Tax code.

Types of Fiction

There are many types of Fiction found in Novels.

Fiction – Everything in the book must be fictional “non-real” as part of one’s imagination.

Fantasy – highly imaginative Fiction

Biographical Fiction – Fiction that uses a person’s biography.

Science Fiction – Fiction that uses real knowledge, like Astronomy or Science.

Historical Fiction – Fiction based on Historical people or events.

Fiction that is Based on a True Story – Information used fictitiously.

Stories that use Fiction are either “products of the Author’s imagination or are used fictitiously.” The information may be real but the story isn’t. The story is the way the events are told.

Religious Fiction – stories that employ religious characters in a fictional setting.

Labels are only important for Humans, because if you tell someone a Fictional Story is true/real, then they become corrupted and develop Mental Illnesses.
