Because some of my readers believed that I bought Niihau and "thousands of acres" of land, the other Billionaires are now "buying up millions of acres of land in Continental USA."  Larry Ellison bought up Lanai Island not long ago.  Why?  I am not playing a game when I acquired Niihau (actually I do not own it yet because the US Gov never sent me the Deed for me to sign...).  So when people gossip - when primitive Humen talk -- other people get nervous and do drastic things, like End of the World preparation, magnetic therapy, or whatnot. They see me doing stuff and imitate it because I am intelligent and they copy me to see what I am about.

To avoid this "fiscal cliff" of the USA Debt,

1.  Order Iraq and Afghanistan to pay USA Tributary Taxes for having invaded their countries.  This pays 1/2 for the Military presence there, and 1/2 for the civilian costs.  They should pay this to compensate for having enlisted soldiers' family endure casualties as well.  Taxes  may exist as Oil revenue. 

Tribute is traditionally considered to be "organized plunder tax" - Ancient Egypt did this post-conquest in place of outright plundering their enemies.  Iraq plundered their own cities after 2002 invasion.  USA has its policy against "Imperialism" which is a mistake if USA is to cover its assets post invasion just to make foreign allies happy while civilians suffer.

2.  Pay UEIR its taxes.  This will help me/us contribute to society and create jobs. 

3.  Stop paying taxes to UEIR for 2012-2013 if necessary.  Just pay taxes from 1994-2012.

To avoid the “Fiscal Cliff” or economic disaster of National Debt in USA, do this:

One: Return all US Dollars to the Central Bank and use in its place a Popular Currency created by the People as an Alternative Money supported by the USA’s GDP (Gross Domestic Products).

Two: Have Businesses and Corporations design the Popular Currency, with GDP values per company; do not use the unstable Stock Market to determine value.

By returning all US Dollars the Government will view this as a surplus and resolve its debts.  By issuing Emergency or Popular Currency, created by and for the People, this stops dependency on Dollars and creates independence in financial obligations.  Corporations can issue Popular Currency as a product or intermediary (not as coupons). Popular Currency will be designed by the People not the Government, and is legal, using the Private Sector.  The National Currency (US Dollar) will be implemented for tax purposes and to pay federal workers after the return of US$ to the Central Bank.

                Honorary Titles can be purchased (used for distinction in Hawaii or Micronation via an annual fee), as a way to support Niihau’s future economy. Call it a “donation” to Niihau and in return you may be called whatever title purchased, unless you abuse it of course (in which case you cannot use it until next time).

A Country is only as rich as its printing press.

My Treasury prints up currency for Akua-Nihau (a UEIR State), at 250x per issue.
I use varied currencies -- 1. Niihau Pu-Pu (named after the Niihau Shell), valued at $100 to $1000 per Pu-Pu unit in Foreign Exchange), 2. UEIR Caesars ($10 per Caesar), & 3. Barternotes (worth from $1 to $30k each in Barter value per note).  These appear as Business Cards, Postcards, or other marketing.

My Treasury value contains only printed up amounts plus an "invisible" unset amount for future revenue. It's like the Bank in Monopoly game.

Now if I use up all my reserves, I would have to resort to printing up more to fill the Treasury, unless I tax people as done in USA.  I do not tax my Citizens.  If USA printed up $1M and gave out $500k it would not earn more than that amount in taxes, unless  it was "invisible."  I do not use "credit" or "credit notes."  I only use what I print. Hence, No Recessions.

Fast Repetition of CK-E Effect

In the 2012 World Series, I projected Chronokinetic Energy to the baseball Players.  Repetition helped, with "strike, strike," or "base hit, base hit, base hit" expressions repeated every 1/4 second until the result was desirable.  End result: the Detroit Tigers lost all 4 games of the MLB World Series against the San Francisco Giants (one of my local teams in CA).

Telepathy = mental projection of ideas,
Chronokinesis = mental projection into Time itself of expressions.

Again as in 2010 I was victorious over the interference of verbal hecklers on live TV.
The Effect also worked with "home run, home run" projected one minute in advance and caused at least 3 HR in the game.  Most "strikes" worked, some ended in Walks or did not work at all.  Give it Time to work correctly, depending on how energy is used with regard to Time factors.  All in all, this was a successful experiment.

Today the US Dollar is only based on paper money, so it can only be repaid in paper money.

If you sell enough property or products to equal the amount you have in debt, this will bypass the process of repaying debt with paper money.  You have to set a value on the products in the paper money you are addressing. Placing a high value on a product line is not necessarily "dishonest" for what are prices based on with using paper money in the first place?

The Recessions in USA & Europe are because of Credit / borrowing debts; Credit is essentially a form of borrowing. You "pay" credit by borrowing from a Credit Card company to pay for products or services, and repay them later once you have "money or cash" to repay your debts (borrowed amount). 
When your paycheck comes in at the end of the time period for payment and the amount is less than expected, you run into trouble.  Say your company under-performs in profits, this then reduces your ability to pay for credit debt from the previous time period.  Then you must "borrow" again from your Rich Uncle (China) to pay your debts. Stock Market profits are a form of gambling; Credit Cards are also a form of gambling.  You gamble against Fate. you gamble against the future.  Then you pray to God for a surplus; and should you not receive a surplus, you become upset and become an Atheist.

comprehending Chronokinesis

True - most people have never heard of this ability, nor comprehend how it is possible.
Ah - It was my discovery, and  no one else's.

Reason:  No one else has it.

Prayer is a borrowed ability, when one directs energy to a person with it.  People do not have Chronokinesis.  Science cannot prove the "power of prayer works."  But they can prove that Chronokinesis is real, all they need to do is have an open and patient mind.  Repetitive actions will only reduce energy levels of the subject for each successive "test."  As in most Sciences, one would have to "prove a theory by repetitive tests."   No so here. 

Chronokinesis is an ability that works through Time.  This requires Time (waiting for effect) to work. 
If I write something while CK-E (energy) is present, the effect or event will occur in a given time; if No CK-E is present, nothing happens. 

I can feel CK-E in my mind sometimes, and is a quite noticeable sensation. 
My novel - Eye of the Pharaoh - is evidence.  It was written as a fictional novel that later influenced events.  People in the Government (USA) believed it was real enough to ban it from public libraries after 2001, and classified it.  Events like the formation of Al Qaeda forced people to believe I had something to do with them, even though the terrorist network said "No American knew of their existence."  Of course I am not them.  Nostradamus isn't a terrorist either, yet his power led to the death of King Henry 2. 
Another event was the Conquest of the Arab States (2011), and Iran's alleged Nuclear Weapon program (current) which the USA is pushing -- as in Obama and Mitt Romney campaigns.

If you need something, it would be given freely from the community.  If you want to give something, there is no reason to give something else in return for it, so accept it. In Heaven all things are free.  So make a Heaven on Earth to remove the existence of trade deficits or debts.

nothing grows on Niihau

Before Pharaoh M7 acquired Niihau in July 2000, nothing from the previous owners would grow there.  The soil was dead.  The trees would not grow..  The Ranch closed.  etc.  So now the island is polluted from runoff from China and CA/Hawaii storm drains, no farming is available there, and the island is desolate.  

So the island - besides being a figurehead of  a nation - is a desert paradise, ideal for something like a Necropolis if we go in that direction.  Shell leis can be made there still.  M7 often wonders what to do with it given these circumstances, and ocean water levels increasing from climate change / polar ice melts. 

We could build a city there, transport Kauai red dirt and build greenhouses; or build solar energy stations for exporting electricity. This would help the  Hawaiian economy.  Niihau is a Kingdom now.  We should act like it, rather than just as a blog entry.  Who cares about the global opinion?

Social Security Reform:

In place of a set amount of Income Tax for Social Security, we propose a 20% Retirement Bond, per 1 month of work, which is tax-exempt with no age requirement necessary to cash-in.  

Disability Bonds would exist but would only come from normal Taxes.

Social Security Retirement Bonds would be cashed-in like normal bonds, per SSRB Accounts.

Each bond would represent one month of work, with varied amounts of Bond value:

Say a person earning $50,000 per year would create $10,000 in SS Retirement Bonds per year, or less than $1,000 per month.  This amount of 20% is deducted from the paycheck prior to payment.  Unlike current Social Security, this SSRB can be cashed-in at any age, not just when one is Elderly (65+ yrs old), and can be treated as tax-exempt earnings after a set amount of time, as with normal Bonds.  The only difference is taxable Interest, if any exist after a set date of Bond Maturity has expired.  

As Social Security exists as a form of savings for retirement, why not save money as Retirement Bonds?
