Congratulations on capturing the head of Al Qaeda and on your Conquests of the Middle East! Many stories will record your actions in the mouths of children yet to be born. My actions are trivial in comparison to yours; many a festival will Herald your glorious names!
My lowly Province over here in Iapana and the East Pacific Rim, including my future capitol on Niihau Island, do require some endowments from the Imperial Treasury. Perhaps at your convenience, Your Excellency, you can find the time to send forward a pension in titanium bars, else risk the nature of paper currency of our vassals of the Northern Continent. The vassals here demand fiat currency. I seek to construct a working Palace with adjacent village or city, some temples or mortuary temples, my planned Necropolis, and of course an economy based on marketing our tales, if you desire it. Our vassals are in an election year it seems; do they yet wonder who actually rules this marvelous Province? Their so-called “transparency of Government” forgot to record our presence, outside of C-TS status.
I will send word to our Viceroy in the East concerning your planned lecture about the State of our Imperial-Republic next Spring in 2012. The Imperial Senate has yet to vote on the status of the vassals in the South Quadrant of Scorpio. I am sure it will be a success, given our experiences in Scorpio.
