wishes to comment on the nature of the UEIR (the umbrella nation to the Pharaocracy of Niihau):

Yes, it's Real.

The Pharaocracy of Niihau is real as well, regardless if anything is actually built on the physical island
(A recycling center, distance-learning college, water filter/reverse osmosis filter, and solar powered electricity generator would help, as would a solar station for electric cars, retaining wall for rising sea levels, and cleaning the beaches from pollution for increased visits by hunters and gatherers).

It is more red tape to cut, but yes I am working on it... pending government approval and the usual decade long permits from the other bureaucracy to the East...
