So Luxor's balloon accident is blamed on the political problem in Cairo?
Solution: Purge the Islamic element from Egyptian Government, and use a modern Corporation system for government, without the poison of religion from affecting it; or, failing that, incorporate a Pharaonic system of government that combines State with a minor religious entity (non-Islamic) that represents the native culture.
Tourism should be replaced with Agriculture so Egypt won't have to Buy Wheat like they are now.
Other industries should include Technology (build stuff), multilevel gardens, and Cinema (make films). Or the UEIR can purchase Egypt using UEIR Taxes? It's value is currently low enough for that; and in doing so, the UEIR can make Egypt an "Archaeology State" and kick out the religious element and make Zahi Hawass President of the Archaeological States of Egypt. (M7 would be CEO). Then Museums would be the Temples. And the Pharaoh souls can sleep in safety.
