Because of the current direction of erosion and climate change affecting the coastal regions of Hawaii, any plans for development are delayed for now...  The Micronational Government will exist on the Mainland (the King = M7).  I would like to build there someday; such being:

1.  Desalination water filtration systems,
2.  Solar and Wind electricity generators,
3. Sanitation system,
4. Greenhouses for farming with irrigation,
5. Distance-Learning College classrooms,
6. Language Robots (in Native Hawaiian, American English, and Asian languages),
7. Drone police and military,
8. A Solar Monorail connecting the city with the airstrip,
9. A walled City based on the Babylonian City of Ur, or Egypt's Karnak/Luxor,
10. A walled Necropolis (tomb city) for M7 and the Natives buried on Niihau,
11. Apartments for the Natives with water/electricity/sanitation/phones,
12. Egyptian Temples and Hawaiian Cultural Centers,
13. Recycling Centers,
14. Use the hotel for a Palace (M7) - not on Niihau,
15. Build artificial water containment with waterfalls and pools,
16. Government buildings,
17. Island newspapers from recycled paper; or digital newspapers,
18. Light industry related to farming (textiles, food, drink, crafts, clothing, medicine, etc.),
19. Libraries and Museums,
20. A smokeless Casino (for paying taxes by visitors) in a cultural center.

Empire Currency

One Currency of the Empire is valued on success rates of Elemental Chronokinetic Energy; (or what Human people use for prayer energy).  This is tested by those reading certain magical books by M7 and unlock the power trapped in the text.  This Currency currently has no name.  But it has more value than gold, titanium or the US Dollar.  And it is a store of value because anything written by M7 - including currency notes - has this power.

Laws exist as the embodiment of a royal decree.  A direct order is called an Edict.  Pharaohs can issue Edicts when normal laws do not apply or in certain circumstances outside of written laws (loop hole resolution).  Written laws can be flawed by too much wordage; certain ways of writing can allow a crime to exist should the author of the law not be careful about proper wording.  The King's word is Law.  Written laws started when the King was tired of having to issue daily decrees.  So the Code Caesar (series of laws in the UEIR) is the royal actions of the King.   In case people wonder why Pharaoh M7 is not issuing orders in public, this is the reason: they are already issued --- just read them.

The "Ohio man who sat at a corner showing a bully sign" reminds me of the UEIR Plebeian Law Code of 1996, whereby the violator must wear a sign showing his/her crimes.

The Code Caesar 5.0 (series) is the current laws of the UEIR, the Plebeian Law Code is outdated and no longer used.  You can find a copy on the blog above in the linked pages section.

Tutankhamon was married.  (Duh). Story Props are common in most ancient religions.  Take the "ritual" tomb of Osiris at Giza for instance, or the Armor of Achilles that Alexander the Great discovered in the City of Troy on the way to Persia.  These Story Props help to "legitimize a religion through physical artifacts."

This Book verifies that the Romanized story about Jesus Christ was inspired by the life and memory of Egyptian Pharaoh, King Tutankhamon, 1300 years before reemerging in the Roman Period of Egyptian History.  The first Christians were from Egypt (Coptic Church) because the religion itself - was from the time of Abraham (or Abram, from the nation of Aram [Egyptian word for Syria/North Babylon, the origin of the Tribe of Abraham]) until the imprisonment of the Israelites after Akhenaton was exiled - which was 43 years, not 430 years.  The Islamic book (Quran) is based on the Bible, or hidden Egyptian History, preserved by a secret group that allowed this memory to continue 1300 years until someone wrote it up as the New Testament by the Roman Emperor Constantine. 

So if you are a Muslim, Jew, or Christian you are worshiping the memory of King Tutankhamon of Egypt, and Akhenaton, the First Official Monotheist.  Tutankhamon was also identified as an incarnation of Osiris, whom was worshiped in Egypt in the next Dynasty (19) up until the Roman World (100AD).  Osiris and the Islamic version share similar or identical attributes; Osiris the (Emerald) King of the Living, Judge of the Dead, and "only through worshiping him will anyone attain Eternal Life...." 

Also, the Holy Grail Cup was found in his tomb, the one that grants long life to the person who drinks from it.
