Develop Still-Suits for water cultivation in areas affected by severe Droughts.
Stillsuits are clothing that recycles perspiration into drinking water and central cooling in a desert climate. The USA is using water drilling that depletes ground water reserves. Ocean water conversion for the world may be a last resort (or until Earth = becomes like Mars). California has some droughts for the past 4 years and rain isn't falling enough and people are wasting it daily. Ancient Egyptians depended on the Nile River, but also planted desert tolerable crops. USA is not doing this and will suffer for it in the future.
