If the Palestinian Family want to live on Ni'ihau permanently -- They can but only as Island Exile. They will not be allowed to leave the island for 35 years or however long the UEIR Courts allow. They can help clean up the pollution on the West Side of Ni'ihau, or help the Natives with fishing, making leis, education in the school, or finding ways of community revenue.

New project ideas for Ni'ihau: Build an Egyptian Theme Park (+2 sq. miles), a Necropolis (+3 to 4 sq. miles), and a Natural Park (+4 sq. miles).
