The United Egyptian Imperial-Republic Conquers Countries for the Imperium, not for the USA.
The Imperium are Provincial Vassals who are not States of the UEIR. These may be temporary and can be reconquered for Imperial Taxes.
USSR/USA - were conquered to End the Cold War #1. UEIR Laws and Tax Codes were implemented, and are Classified - much to the dismay of certain Palestinians who seek to acquire our tax revenue or land holdings/Empire.
Egypt - recently annexed for $90 Billion USD (2/20/2016). This is for insurance purposes; as Pharaoh I already own Egypt since 1975 when I was crowned Pharaoh of Duat and Earth upon my resurrection. My crowning of being Sovereign Lord in 1993 is separate.
Iraq/Syria - annexed prior to the Islamic State invasion, but, the Islamic State is mentioned in Eye of the Pharaoh (Isis the goddess is mentioned as is Nefertiti in Chapter 20).
Indonesia - annexed after 2004 (Tsunami after Xmas).
Libya (etc.) - annexed after the Lotus Revolution (or Arab Spring as the Media calls it) of 2011.
Other Nations part of the Imperium need not be listed; they know who they are.
Imperial Taxes are in the series of Code Caesar law codes of UEIR.
