Magical Riots

So someone recently read one of my Magic books and activated a riot spell.  Riots based on ethnicity seem popular in USA.  It was a counter spell to STOP riots, but if you will a counter spell to stop something, and there isn't anything to stop, the Spell causes a riot THEN stops it.  The same with counter terrorism spells.  ISIS claims responsibility to events they do not cause if no one else claims it.  I don't make claims when someone reads my Magic.  The Caster knows he or she caused it by reading the Spell.  Spells are written in Chronokinetic energy.  So it will happen whenever the energy is released by reading it.  Counter terrorism spells include arresting terrorists.  All of the above happened in the last 2 weeks since someone bought copies of my books.  Thank you for your patronage.
