IF...

If... I owned an island - and if it was large enough - I would build a town using Architecture of Ancient Egypt, Babylon, and Polynesia to create a unique landscape for my Kingdom of Osiris.  Not necessarily "Pyramids" but geometric shapes found in A.E. Buildings.  Then I would paint the buildings to resemble A.E. columns, pillars, walls of Temples, interiors (like that hotel in Las Vegas, NV), with cast molded statues of seated Pharaohs, Neterw, and Polynesian Tiki Statues as decorations.  This is found in my books on the subject and is nothing new.  The town(s) would be sturdy enough to resist Hurricanes or Tidal Waves.  

Building types: (2 to 4 Sq. Miles):

1. Sanitation (Disguised as something appealing) with (Desalinated) filtered water.
2. Solar/Wind Generators for electricity.
3. Community Center with Library and Internet Cafe.
4. General Store
5. Marketplace
6. Bank (Local currency)
7. Electric Car power station for electric or solar cars/boats.
8. Water storage cisterns
9. Egyptian Temples - multi-purpose use
10.  Palace (for when Pharaoh is visiting, like a small hotel resort)
11. Moderate sized Housing (larger than apartments, independent)
12. Theater (in or outside), and Film Theater (inside).
13. Closed Stadium (for sports or festivals), with solar ceiling.
14. K-12 School, College, or small University.
15. Security building with drones
16. Airstrip (for drones, helicopters, hovercraft, etc.)
17. Extended reef, walls, for protection.
18. Medical Clinic.
19. Firestation
20. Small Hotel for visitors or workers
21. Customs building (import or export)
22. Recycle Center - glass, metal, paper, plastics, etc.
23. Printing Press - newsletters, currency, packaging.
24. Greenhouse, gardens, farms - for food and light industry.
25. Light Industry - products to export (ex.: grain/bread, flax/linen, cocoa/chocolate).
26. Infrastructure - roads, bridges, airstrip, walls, etc.
27. Warehouse for storage.
