Obviously the USA Gov. Shutdown is punishment by the President because no one sensible wants to build his Wall, his obsolete Monument of Glory (people tunnel under walls all the time, or use aircraft to enter USA illegally). If I had my revenue (also held up by the closed USA Gov.) I could pay the salaries of all USA Gov. Employees - this would ultimately defeat the purpose of the Gov. Shutdown, according to POTUS, but feed the hungry, clothe the destitute, and give a boat to the shipwrecked...
IF anyone in the USA Gov. actually cared about me (they don't) this would be realistic.
