Akualand
A crown, diadem, or Ring
may be worn usually on the right third finger, symbolizing royalty. The crown or Ring may be of gold or other
metals or colorful stones. Pharaohs also
wear colorful robes or capes, or in modern, double-breasted business
suits.
Citizens Status:
There are 5 Classes of
People in the Pharaocracy of Niihau:
1.
Akua Class – the Sovereign & his
Family, and other divine people.
2.
Nobles Class [Ali’i] – Friends of the
Sovereign & Residents of the Islands (Native Hawaiians, & Niihau).
3.
Citizens [Kupa] – Non-resident, a
general class of people. Includes Natives of Niihau, Kauai & Lanai.
4.
Plebeian – Non-Citizens, or Visitors
to the Pharaocracy.
5.
Shabtis – Reduced Status due to Crime
or Debts.
Akua Class:
Akua are traditionally divine people (i.e. Psychic,
super-psychic, deity) who were alive
among the Native Hawaiians and interacted with them. As Pharaoh is traditionally considered
Divine, s/he is an Akua; the Egyptian word for Akua may be Akhu, or “Angel.” Akua are tax-exempt. This includes the Akua M7’s Family & close Friends.
Nobles Class:
Nobility
here are the Friends of Pharaoh,
including any close allies; it also includes the Native people who “came with
the Island of Niihau.” [Resident
Niihau’ans] Nobles (Ali’i) are exempt from Income Taxes.
Citizen Class:
A
Citizen of the Pharaocracy of Niihau is a Native of Niihau, Lanai, Kauai or
Molokai living elsewhere, naturalized by M7, or a patron of M7’s books. In USA
one has to read the History & Government of America for Naturalized
Citizenship. Citizens have reduced Taxes
(income tax is 10% per month), but at the moment this is optional should the USA pay its debts to me so I won’t need to charge taxes; otherwise the taxes remain in effect. The USA owes M7 somewhere in the hundreds of
billions of US$, according to CIA / a source (from UEIR Taxes).
Plebeian Class:
Plebes are non-citizens, or Visitors to Niihau. Plebes if in the Country longer than 1 month
will pay Income Taxes of 10% to 15% per month thereafter starting on the first
day after the first month of visit. US
Military for the Missile Base are exempt,
as this base is leased to Niihau.
Shabtis Class:
In
Lieu of a Prison or other punishments, this is a reduced status of person for
Crime or Debts. If a person is bankrupt
for more than 6 months, or owes debts to the Pharaocracy of Niihau, or violates
Major Crime laws, said person will become a Shabty Class status until this is
removed upon redemption. Shabtis are
also foreigners who try to steal parts of Niihau or anyone trying to overthrow
it, violate our laws or customs, investigate it with malicious intent, etc. Shabtis may not vote, hold public or official
office, collect State welfare or social benefits (to prevent the State from
paying their debts), or enlist in the Military.
Shabtis may appeal this status after about 1 year if the Courts agree on
some form of compensation [Paid Fines]
in their situation.
Notes:
Nobles have the potential to become
Sovereign (Pharaoh) should no heir is found or appointed successor by the
previous Pharaoh. If No Nobles are
available, this responsibility is sent to Citizens who may elect a Sovereign
via a random Lottery of qualified individuals.
Qualifications for Pharaoh
may include: a University Degree (B.A., B.S., M.A., M.S., Ph.D., etc.), high
moral values, stamina or physical qualities, knowledge of Ancient Civilizations
& of Niihau History, and leadership skills.
Any runoff election where 2 or more candidates are available, the
outcome may be decided by a competition of winning 2 out of 3 Senet Board Games. Senet is
an Ancient Egyptian board game similar to Backgammon using Chance as a decisive factor.
Reading this Book may be considered for Citizen status, though I prefer it be one of
my novels.
Citizens and above classes may choose
a Patron Deity as a prefix to their personal name. Patron Deity names may be either Native
Hawaiian or Ancient Egyptian in origin (gods, goddesses, deified people).
Examples: (Male): Horus, Osiris, Anubis, Thoth, Ptah, Bes, Nu, Seth,
Amun, Ra, Amun-Ra, Nefertum, Sobek; Ku, Kane, etc. (Female): Isis, Mut, Nephthys, Maat, Hathor,
Tauret, Shai, Sakhmet, Selqet; Pele, etc. So this is read like: Horus Michael, Isis
Mary, Anubis Harry, Thoth John, Ku Matthew, etc. Citizens
and Nobles may use a Cartouche
for their names, but only Akua class
may use a rectangular Serekh for
their names.
