Niihau is a dry, desert island with a Natural "Lake" and no waterfalls or water sources unlike neighbor Kauai, which is the "2nd Wettest place on Earth."
During Hurricanes is the source of drinkable water. Mostly houses with rain catchment can trap water for drinking. If you build a system of Canals (and bridges over them) you can collect more water during rare Storms. Build them deep with concrete base and covers to prevent evaporation. Storm drains will clear sanitation. Canals can extend for several miles on Niihau, and used with small boats for transportation (as in Ancient Egypt). This will extend water sources and enable residents to live there, and possible irrigation for farming or greenhouses.

Hyperinflation sees a rapid and continuing increase in nominal prices, the nominal cost of goods, and in the supply of currency .
Typically, however, the general price level rises even more rapidly
than the money supply as people try ridding themselves of the devaluing
currency as quickly as possible. As this happens, the real stock of
money (i.e., the amount of circulating money divided by the price level)
decreases considerably.
If someone says "M7 is a Trillionaire" is this in Hyperinflation Money? Because then one can be rich and poor at the same time. Hyperinflation Money has unusually high numeration at extremely low value. For example, a "$100Billion Dollar Note" is not worth $100Billion USD (unless USA is using it), but more likely $10 USD.

The Shepherd-Kings known as Hyksos
entered Egypt from the North and lived in Lower Egypt until gaining
offices of power and took over. In the OT/Bible, a Nomadic group
(Abraham's family) enters from the North and settles there, until the
"Egyptians saw how numerous they were so decided to enslave them," but
what if the Egyptians were the "slaves"? The word Aram is Egyptian for
"Babylon." Abraham's original name was "Abram." So if the Hyksos came
from Babylon this would be like "foreign exchange students" living in a
foreign country. The Hyksos "worshiped Seth" (their version of "Baal")
in Egypt, as did later 19th Dynasty of Ramses the Great and his father
Sety 1. Ahmoses 1 "Liberated Egypt from the Hyksos" -- the Hyksos
introduced chariots, better weapons and armor, so it was believed these
technologies were used in "invading Egypt and taking over." Why did
they take over Lower Egypt? The Bible has it that the early form of the
Israelites entered Egypt as shepherds. The Hyksos after leaving Egypt
and becoming literate became the Israelites, the Habiru or "outcasts"
developed around the same time so became confused with the expelled
group. Habiru is Egyptian word for Hebrew. Israel existed by the time
of Merenptah who "conquered Israel," so they had to have existed for a
longer time than Ramses 2's reign, thus at the start of Ahmoses 1.

Egypt should dig more artesian wells to
captivate a water supply, not rely entirely on the Nile. An emptier
Nile will reveal sunken treasures from Ancient River craft, old
chariots, pollution, and even heretics like Akhenaton!
Ethiopia
has a legal right to water, even if a Human Right or biological one.
Egypt should not be the sole user of Water, bullying lesser Nations
over resources that are necessary for life; water is not a luxury, it is
necessity. Ethiopia has charities in the past over its famines and
droughts. The dam will address this issue. Wells in Egypt will more
likely find buried tombs and other structures like the water tunnels
used by Pharaohs.
