Robo calls?

 

 

Are Robot Phone Calls an act of Remote Terrorism?  

Anyone can program a computer (Bot) to call someone using a computerized voice to conceal their identity and harass their victims with silence, Fake Business Accounts or Fake Purchases, Phishing attempts, blackmail, etc.  Without a physical voice they believe that they are safe from the Law.  However, in my case, someone has been using Bots to Stalk me and they are traceable back to an Asian Family with the same exact Human voices as previous scammers over the past 20 years.  One Asian voice said he worked for Microsoft and told me "there is something wrong with your computer."  He now works for a Fake Amazon Business and was involved in massive Phishing Operation last month, in which they called every 15 minutes first with a Bot which led to a physical voice (Press numbers for options), including Fake Waiting Music.  So I wrote a book about this: Hathor's Stalker Repellent.
