In the Book of the Heavenly Cow (cited above) Ra/Horus converts the flood waters into red beer (an early rendering of wine as it resembled beer but was red) and so tricks Hathor/Sakhmet into drinking it. Ra said this was the last time he would sic Sakhmet onto the living (i.e. the Last Supper).  Sakhmet drank the beverage and became Hathor (the dual goddess), and so alcohol was served in her festivals thereafter.  The Festivals of Sakhmet allowed the exchange of wrapped gifts (Egyptian form of Christmas).  Sakhmet was the goddess of Natural Disasters like Hurricanes, Floods, Solar Flame and Pestilence (The Eye of Ra).   Ra is the Sun God and Creator of all life.  The Kingdom Jesus spoke of was the Kingdom of Osiris in Heaven, which would be upon the Earth “once Evil [Set] was Vanquished and the Gods return to Earth to rule with Osiris.”  (Egyptian Myths & Legends © Lewis Spence 1990, page 91).
