Offerings purpose in Ancient Egypt...

Why the Gods need Offerings by M7C ©M7C-2026

August 16, 2026:

Today I discovered the reason that the Ancient Egyptians gave offerings, either physical or mental, to their Gods, before or after any willed action (Prayer, spell).  They made offerings so the Gods would not kill anyone.  This is from the early Old Kingdom onward, when Human Sacrifices were common.  The Sacrifices were replaced by other food items.  Food items if not available were replaced by drawn or painted offerings and even Voice Offerings contained in a spell or prayer.  The Voice Offerings become real after they are read by the Gods, in Duat or PT / Heaven.

I noticed this because some people I knew died from an active spell or prayer that didn’t have offerings attributed to them.   So the Gods killed these people as a substitute of Human Sacrifice.  In other cultures, Human Sacrifice replaces normal offerings or sacrifices when the person is desperate or wants a Miracle, as found in those other cultures.  This is different than how a curse operates.  The Gods are hungry, so they kill people to extract the souls as an offering, like a mosquito does with blood.  Physical offerings replaced Human Sacrifices after the Second Dynasty of the Old Kingdom era.   September 11, 2001 was a sacrificial offering to honor the God of the Next Age with Human Sacrifices, occurring on the Coptic Christian New Year’s Day (Coptic Calendar).  No one offered any other types of offerings on that day, including Incense.  The next Millennium began from 2001 onward, not January 1, 2000.  The only problem with that offering is that it started a war with Islamic Terrorists (Al Qaeda), who sought to honor the new God with blood offerings.

When the Gods kill people for their blood, as a sacrificial offering (like Christ), the deaths are accidental or from some illness.  So before you pray to them/Him, make an offering as compensation, either before or after it are fulfilled.   This will prevent unnecessary issues.

The formula for a Voice Offering in English:

“May the King give an offering (or Offerings), of one-thousand bread, beer, fruit, wine, pure water, cooked meat, silk and cotton clothing, Soaps, fresh Water, Alabaster, and all that is Good and Pure upon which a God lives on.”

“An Offering which the King gives to Osiris, the Lord of Life, the Great God, Lord of Abydos, so that he may give Voice Offerings in bread, beer, cooked meat, alabaster, pure water, Soaps, perfume, incense, cotton and silk clothing, and everything good and pure on which a God lives on, for the Akh of (Your Name), true-of-voice, living forever in Heaven.”

“Dua (Deity name) Neb-Ankh Di-hotepw Di-Per.t-Hrw XA Maahrw.”

(Praise to the God, the Lord of Life, given 1000 Voice offerings, Justified.”
