For generations, Native Hawaiians have been displaced from ancestral lands, and on the island of Molokai, where one-third of the island is owned by Hong Kong-headquartered billionaire investment firm Guoco Group, that physical separation is abundantly clear.

The current owner, Guoco Group, bought Molokai Ranch in 2005 with plans to build 200 luxury homes, but it shut down operations in 2008 after the Molokai community opposed the development. The company put the ranch up for sale in 2017 at an asking price of $260 million. Ever since, the land has been sitting in limbo, and the foreign billionaire owner has been absent for more than a decade.

Before Donald Trump became President #45 the USA Govt. was advertising for my country. This started after 1992 Conquest and following the fall of the USSR in 1991 the day after Christmas, both events were tied to my book’s prophecy in Chapter 21. The USA, USSR and Iran had Nuclear War in my novel. It is a known fact that my writings influence Time. My novel was stolen and published in1991. Someone read it for a Christmas gift. Donald Trump’s second Presidency advertised my book in his role. When Joe Biden was President, shortly after the Pandemic of Sakhmet, the USA paused the Marketing of my country. The USA went to war in Iraq at my behest in 1990-1991 because my book was influencing events then. This refers to Chapter 20 when the country in my book conquers the Middle East to form the Kingdom of Osiris/God. This is a back story to my country, which is AUTOCRATIC. My book was read by other Publishers in late 1990. It was written by March 14, 1990. I graduated High School a few months later. Marketing my country also marketed the illegal sales of my novel, [Eye of the Pharaoh, c.1990] unknown to me at the time. The first publisher and later the Black Market generated Billions in royalties as later collected by the FBI / USA Govt. The CIA classified it top secret.

After President Trump’s second term as #47 the book was being marketed with the Invasion of Iran to prevent the premise of Chapter 21, World War 3. The book is Fictional. This means the events in the book are NOT REAL. I write future events because I have the ability of Elemental Chronokinesis, the psychic ability to influence Time. For example, the book “The Aumakua Necromancer” influenced the Native people of Hawaii to want to buy Molokai Ranch from the original sellers in 2025, the same month the book was published in Sept. 2025. I asked the people handling my book’s proceeds to buy Molokai Ranch in 2018. I want to make a Native Hawaiian Country from it (Akua Niihau Kingdom Micronation), which is AUTOCRATIC, the same as King Kamehameha I. My Palestinian Neighbors get activated every time someone reads Chapter 18 where they are said to believe that they can “sue me for my assets.” Palestine in my book gets conquered by my country, which included Israel. This means they cannot. Autocratic regimes last longer than Democratic ones, historically. Trump is using my country’s information to market it via his actions. Chapter 22 is the Apocalypse, a reference to the Biblical book of Revelation. The rise of AI (destruction of Humanity) and Trump as Antichrist are in that book. The bible gives him 42 months to rule, or 3.5 years. So maybe by May or June 2027 he will be gone?
