Niihau is pronounced: "Nee-hee-how."

1. Create solar cells and windmills for energy.
2. Create a cistern for water, from either rainfall runoff or desalination system (from Ocean).
3. Import Kauai red mud from Kauai Estates (M7-UEIR), & from Kauaian waterfall estate.
4. Use red mud from Kauai for farming/agriculture, in fortified Greenhouses.
5. Grow on farms: Cocoa trees, Wheat/Corn, Cotton/Flax, Tea plants, Fruits/Vegetables, Papyrus, etc.
6. Convert Desert into farmland, or use for Necropolis/Monuments.
7. Build a walled City (Babylonian or Egyptian Architecture), with residences, marketplace, Library, School,
Distance Learning College, Medical Clinic, firestations, Security Center, light industry (Textiles, Food production,
paper, etc.), recycling center (for renewable resources: paper, metal, plastic, glass), Bank of Niihau, Post office,
Internet Center, Solar Cell Energy Station for electric automobiles & monorail, Palace (M7C), Temples & Churches,
warehouses, Granary, farms, Sanitation (Methane Gas recycling), Hotel (for visitors), airport (Helicopter),
Visitor Center, Museum (Art & Archaeology), etc. About 2 Square Miles for City.
8. Build a Necropolis (tombs for royals and citizens, with Mortuary Temple). About 1 Sq. Mile for this.
9. Arrest the Palestinian Neighbors trying to take over Niihau with conspiracy.
10. Build a Government on Niihau (Electoral Monarchy or Pharaonic).
11. Trade with other islands. Create a label of Niihau Pharaocracy on exports.
12. Build Palace on Kauai; relocate there (M7C).
13. Extend Citizenship to all former residents of Niihau, Hawaiians, and non-Hawaiians; included for Akua.
14. Create a Niihau Pharaocracy Website for residents.
