I was recently informed that I should not build anything "modern" on Niihau; there are "too many problems" in modern times (for the Natives); so I can build somewhere else.

The Pharaocracy of Niihau will not be on Niihau then....
What I can do is make a new society and say it is "for Niihau" without any physical element.
The population is afraid of modern day problems, etc.
They like it the way it has been the last 200 years, and "don't need anything."
I would not want to upset the Natives.
