The ability to influence the Future Time by willing, writing while willing, or verbal / spoken communication.

Example:

In 1990 my novel, Eye of the Pharaoh, wrote conditions for the "war against the Arab - Terrorist States";
This was separated by 10 years; 9-11-2001 occurred as the "terrorist war" part, and 1-26-2011 occurred as the "war against the Arab States" -- result: don't complicate the effect with hyphens.


Example:

"M7 will win and collect a large winning from a Casino in May 2012."  Not specifying an amount leaves this to be open-ended.

Example:

"May I be a successful and well-paid author."

"Let the World be peaceful and not warlike."

"May my enemies fail."

"May our economy prosper."

"May we elect an appropriate ruler of USA."

etc.
