What are Akua?

The Bible and the Quran both state to people to "Fear God." 
You cannot sue God for "terrorism" because people Fear God.
They are supposed to Fear God.

In Egypt, there are many Gods; one per aspect of Nature that is later Personified as a separate God.
Nature as a Whole is One. 

For instance, if you worship the Creator aspect you worship "Ptah."
Or if you worship the Ruler of the Universe, you worship "Amon-Ra."
If you worship Allah you are worshipping the Egyptian equivalent "Ptah-Amon-Ra."

To Fear God or Nature preserves your life.  If you do not fear God, then you are foolish, to put yourself in harm's way.  Surrender unto God,  means: surrender to the force of Nature and do not resist it. 
It does not mean surrender to Islam, the way of knowing God, for it can be corrupted by Human interpretation.

Akua is the Hawaiian word for God or Divine Nature within people.  Akua lived among the Ancient Hawaiians as the Netru of Egypt did for the Ancient Egyptians, or Greek gods in Greece, as attested by their histories.
