NK actions

 North Korea:

North Korea cannot "destroy the USA" with its rhetoric or its limited number of weapons.  NK is committing terrorism by these idle threats.  Do they want an Invasion into North Korea to overthrow their government, or an insurrection within their State?  Drop one atomic weapon onto their public army and NK will implode.  

So far no action has been recorded on their part, just words.  Ignore them, until they actually attack someone, then carpet-bomb their corner of Asia into nothingness.

The overly paranoid bi-polar USA Government takes its Military seriously.  
NK doesn't.  NK is gaming the system.  Ignore them and they will calm down.
