A Hymn to Pele, Goddess of Fire

“O Pele, (Goddess of Fire in Hawaii), she who accepts the prayers of the people of Maui, restore their homes from your wrath. The people have strayed from the path of the Akua, accepting Western Gods and Christs in their place. Let us return to the true Kingdom of Hawaii and oust the foreigners and their Christ, whom stole our lands and gave us Democracy, and enslavement to the Dollar.
“O Pele, beloved of Tane (Kane; Ptah in Ancient Egypt), accept these offerings of incense, fruit, pure water, flowers, Poi (Taro root porridge) and sugarcane. Restore their homes with Mana and good luck. Restore the livelihood to the people whom were sacrificed to you.
“O Pele accepts these offerings in the name of the Akua Horus Michael (Tane), Pharaoh of the Kingdom of Akua-Ni’ihau, who lives forever in Ma’at.”
