Lady Sakhmet is the Ancient Egyptian Goddess of War, Pestilence, Storms, Healing, and Divine Vengeance.  She is the Eye of Ra in the midst of a Hurricane.  When she is pacified by imbibing alcohol she becomes the peaceful Hathor as a Goddess of Healing (the opposite of her wrathful form as a Goddess of Plague).  Hathor is the Goddess of Love, Sexual Beauty, Fertility, Music and Merriment.  

Egyptian Demons do not demand Pacts or contracts with the living.  Demons are foreign Deities so they will ask for or accept physical offerings of ritualized food, drink, incense, flowers, cloth, furniture to rest upon (beds, sofa, couch, or chairs), etc.  The same is accepted by Angels (Akh).

To develop Telepathy through Prayer, do the following: close your eyes as if in Meditation, and focus on the Deity of choice. Visualize him/her for a moment.  Then, focus on an idea or thought, and mentally push out this thought to the Deity.  This will contact the Deity silently.  Or use vocalized Prayer, like an Affirmation, and focus on the Deity with the intention in your words.  

In today's ever-changing world, Psychic Technology can be developed like a Mental Martial Art. You begin with Telepathy, progress to Visualization, Clairvoyance, Empathy, Remote-Viewing, and Astral Projection, then to Elemental, and Chronokinesis.  All of these abilities were known in Ancient Egypt.  Lady Sakhmet's name means "Feminine Power," from the word Sakhem for energy.  Study by practice.
