The problem lies with the hiring of loyalists, who have little to no experience in governing, to top positions in Government. Once their Supreme Leader is gone, the Govt. expires and falls apart, as no one is giving orders. Being loyal to their Supreme Leader prevents coups, but not security. Should the Top Dog have a heart attack, stroke, a bad case of Covid19, or chokes on something while watching his favorite television show “the Daily Dictator,” he is gone and so is his corrupt Yes-Man govt. with him. So it is only a matter of waiting, especially with age or medical conditions.
