Atmospheric Water Extraction?

If Atmospheric Water Extraction works it would be very useful on Niihau and other dry or desert region, in place of Desalination. Neighboring islands (Kauai) have rain almost every day so extraction from humidity would actually work.

Welcome to UNIR

United Niihau Imperial Republic

Welcome to the Empire of Niihau!

The Empire was created following the Plagues of Pestilence in 2020 (Covid19) to conquer the Known World and create a one-world Nation. Each former independent Nation is a State within UNIR, with its own laws and adherence to the Ancient Egyptian or Duatian concept of Ma’at in Government, and owes allegiance to Pharaoh S7 with annual tribute (recommended). We follow the Government code found in Akualand (book). As this is an Imperial-Republic our offices are electable, and serve a wide-range of categories. Only the Imperial Executive Office or Pharaoh is appointed. Our standard banner includes the currently uninhabited island of Niihau as our symbol. The country is ruled in Duat by Akhu and NTRW. Pharaoh governs the earthly day-to-day activities. Viziers or Prime Ministers report to Pharaoh, one per Nation-State or large group of States. As Pharaoh is also High Priest of all the Deities of Earth, (s)he has ceremonial duties to perform while in office. Pharaohs and all offices are entitled to be either gender, and race or ethnicity is irrelevant. Our Economy serves a global market and is not based on performance of the people. Quality is more valued than quantity. Laws are built on community, and vendetta laws are unenforced. As this is a global Government, Politics is for entertainment only. People are educated with mental and physical abilities. Trade school and Colleges are suggested paths. Health and Education have higher budgets than Military or Security, as follows a balanced Budget. To preserve integrity all offices are not connected to the Internet. Marketing for UNIR is applicable in vassal nations (USA, USSR) as a tax credit. Charities may support Native ethnic groups in the Empire. Monuments to Pharaoh are protected from vandalism, theft, or other actions. Isolation on islands is part of the Legal System in lieu of over-crowded prisons; prisoners are actually temporarily relieved of Citizenship while captive, so certain laws apply. Citizenship is not based on location of birth or ethnicity, but in residency of location per State Census. UNIR is a wall-less Govt. in terms of separation boundaries, but each State is respected as a separate entity. The United Nations is our predecessor and serves as a Vizierate.
