Well, if it was, then everyone on Earth is guilty.
Egypt conquered countries 3000 years ago, so did Persia, Arabia, Rome, Carthage, Greece, Macedonia, Italy, Babylon/Iraq, Israel, North & South America, the USA, Mexico, Aztecs/Mayans, Peru, Hawaii, USSR, Germany & Nazis, France, Normandy, England, Africa, Asia, Japan, China, Indonesia, etc. etc.
