Water purification: $50 Million Caesars.
Agriculture/Ranches/food source: $150 Million Caesars.
Entertainment: $75 Million Caesars.
Computers Technology / Research: $5 Million Caesars.
Employees: $100 Million Caesars.
Pension: $100 Million Caesars.
Defense: $400 Million Caesars.
Temples: $100 Million Caesars.

Subtotal: $1.5 Billion Caesars.

Foreign Budget (Spending):

Provinces: $3.5 Billion Caesars

Treasury (saved): $10 Billion Caesars.

Subtotal: $15 Billion Caesars.

Surplus: $5 Billion Caesars.
(To be used as tax refund by UEIR Citizens)

Total: $20 Billion Caesars.

Debts owed the UEIR:
(USA): $1.5 Trillion USD or alternative compensation in lieu of taxes,
anything that can equal said amount (i.e. in real estate, services costs, Energy, architecture for projects, credits, food/drink/clothing, paid entertainment, medical insurance, dental insurance, other insurances, computers, technology, farms, etc.)
