Reason: The Creator preexists Gods. A God is a personification of Nature, like an Elemental, one aspect of Nature that when prayed to causes something in Nature: Sun god, Wind god, Fertility god, war god, etc.
The Creator drew up the blueprints for Life in Duat. Then he went about placing life forms on planets. People are confused about this. They believe the Creator should be worshiped. Persepone was an Atlantean Genetic Engineer, the only one on Atlantis who created new life from nothing, hence the title.
