If it says "Fantasy" why do you think it is "real"?
"Niihau, a Fantasy Micronation" is not the Kingdom of Niihau, UEIR. But you wouldn't know that unless you bribed the CIA with $30,000 and someone filled your empty head with ideas. This leads you to believe it is a secret, and this secret inspires you to try to take it away from someone who you do not especially like, say, your Neighbor. If your Neighbor discovered this treason, he might not like you afterwards. So if your Neighbor is hiding something, you want to make this secret public, thus exposing the reason it was concealed. So your Neighbor calls the situation a Fantasy to prevent prying eyes from looking at it. But, what if the country is a fantasy? All your hard work in exposing it will come to nothing. Then you will enlist the Law Enforcement to continue to pursue your conspiracy theory.
A Fantasy Micronation is a simulation. I often run simulations to test for government issues before implementing them in the real or physical world, before making real nations out of it. The UEIR was originally a simulation until the Egyptian Netherworld became involved and took it over.
