This is Not Sex addiction - it is Drug Addiction. It is also the only physical reason people feel the need to be together / share the experience. People who seek to commit Sex Crimes (rape, assault) are actually seeking the natural release of these brain chemicals (Endorphins). If the Government can regulate these drug-chemicals in society, perhaps Sex related crimes will decrease over time?
