Polytheism vs. Monotheism?

There’s More Than One…

On the question of religion I am Traditional Polytheist Ancient Egyptian (which is similar to Native Hawaiian).  This means I do not accept “only one” God; only GODS.  In Duat/Heaven there is more than one God.  Maybe there is not so much on this planet, eh? Or people can only handle one at a time?  I don’t believe in God; I believe in GODS.  Gods are a people of advanced entities.  Each God has a role in existence, and there is more than one Creator (Ra, Ptah, Khnum, Thoth, Aton, Amon, Set, etc).

Originally Egyptologists found the religions of Egypt “confusing” because of the way the religions were discovered.  If you untangle them they are more sensible.  There are many forms of Horus because each form is one stage of his life, from Horus the Son of Isis and Osiris, to Horus the Elder who vanquished Set and became King of a united Earth.  There are other forms of other gods like Isis-Hathor, Sakhmet-Hathor, or Horus-Osiris; these forms are when transformations take place.  This is like a cartoon slide, whereby a screenshot of one phase is regarded as a separate entity.  I see this happened with Christianity too.

Each God developed separately and independently of each other, in separate cities in Egypt. Each has their own doctrine, beliefs, attributes; some are borrowed from other cities and added to the cult of the God.  So Ptah shares attributes from Ra and Osiris.  This allows followers of Ra and Osiris to be converts for Ptah.  So “My God is better than your God,” “My God walks on water,” or “My God can do this. Can your God do this, too?”  Gods have names that represent their powers.  Calling their names in prayer is an act of will.  Because certain names are dangerous, the Monotheist Movement in Egypt under Akhenaton only allowed words for the Sun to be spoken.  Eventually one God was created in the belief systems and was nameless for safety.  This was removed from Egypt and became Israel.  The one God of Israel is the exiled God named Set.  Set was the Egyptian God of Storms, War, Earthquakes, Chaos, Foreigners, the Desert, Wild animals, and a source of evil.  Set was the Jealous God, who murdered Osiris and usurped the throne, titles, and attributes of the religion of Osiris for his own use.  He returned as the Christ to fulfill the wish of a Messiah, and to complete his religion.  He also did this to gain access to Heaven.  Set as God of War demands people supplicate in prayer before him in Islam.  He is an “Almighty God” but not an intelligent God like Horus is.  This is proven when Jehovah told Adam and Eve not to “eat of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge,” to keep them stupid.  When they did eat he became upset.  They also cannot take responsibility for their own actions, and so “blamed the Serpent, Satan” when God asked them who told them it was okay to do so.

So Jesus as Christ takes the blame for Adam and Eve’s actions by sacrificing himself on the cross, to redeem them from Original Sin.  But as Jesus is Jehovah via the Trinity this makes no sense to punish himself for the actions of intellect that he has no attributes for.  Adam and Eve became intelligent and were cast out of the Animal Kingdom because Humans are thinking creatures; the Animal Kingdom is the Garden of Eden.  The only redemption for intelligence is more stupidity or a lack of intellect.  When Adam and Eve “sinned” or betrayed God’s orders for becoming intelligent, this is not a sin, this is Evolution.  This is the Bible’s author’s way of describing how humanity is different from other animals.  So Jesus the Christ died for nothing but ratings.  Satan was a Serpent with legs, now broken off by an Angry God into becoming a Snake; this is evidence of Evolution or Scientific Observation.  Since Satan eats of the Fruit of Knowledge (and never died from doing so) he is Intelligent.

Set is the “opponent of Horus and Osiris.”  It was Set who murdered Osiris, the father of Horus, and usurped the throne and titles of Osiris; stealing the religion of Osiris and making it into Monotheism.  People believe they are worshiping Osiris in Christianity because Set is masquerading as Osiris or Horus.  Set stole the identity of both.  Muslims worship Allah with the attributes of Osiris.  Osiris is the “universal ruler, the Divine Judge, the compassionate and merciful,” etc.  Set has no compassion or mercy.  It is interesting that people do not actually know whom they are venerating.  Set was exiled to Mount Sinai in later generations of Egyptians.  His statues were destroyed, so he demanded that his people not make or worship any.  He demands no one worship the other gods, indicating there are other gods; if he was the Only One, this is evidence for his lack of intellect.  Names are not given in Monotheism for safety reasons, as stated.  Well except for Amen which is in Christian prayers; Amen is the Egyptian God of Air/wind as primary attributes, and prosperity/wealth/materialism/fertility/war, as secondary attributes.  Amen is spelled differently in Egyptian due to unknown vowel placement.  Amen was a form of Monotheist Deity in Egypt as Amen-Ra.

“Be fruitful and multiply” has nothing to do with reproduction; it refers to “be prosperous and expand your business.”  People misread this and this is why there are too many people, using their misinterpretation of religion.  One needs to examine religion in an intelligent way, not the current form taught in Churches or other houses of worship.
