IF Russia is so powerful that it has to threaten "Nuclear War" to obtain security, this shows its own weakness. Their Army is slowly dissolving in its former Province of Ukraine, so much that their leaders surrendered to Ukrainian Military. Russia can easily be invaded and overthrown by someone as simple as an insurgency (Islamic State), who will claim the Nuclear stockpiles there. We should be more concerned about an internal Regime Change in Russia than what its mouth is saying to the International Community.
