The Russian Fine?

The Fine of $20 Decillion Dollars by Russia to Google for violating something has issues.

First, Vladimir Putin has to come to USA to spend it. He would be arrested for War Crimes.
Second, the money is not in Russian Rubles Currency. If it was, this would devalue the Ruble (Supply & Demand issue).
Third, USA Govt. (owned by M7) would tax Google for paying the fine, and apply foreign tax on Russia.
Fourth, the USA has to print it.  Russia would be taxed by M7 (owner of Russia since 1991).
Fifth, Google doesn't have that amount in Dollars.
Sixth, Russia could be sued for bank fraud as the money is in a Bank Note form ("US Dollars").
Seventh, Russia stopped using the American Dollar prior to the invasion of Ukraine.
Eighth, the amount suggests Hyper-Inflation Notes, which would not help the USA Economy. The Dollar would be rendered as useless once he is paid, and thus useless for Russia, too. It would become worthless paper until reduced in amount (via recycling it).
Ninth, someone in the Department of the Treasury and Bureau of Engraving has to design it.  This usually takes years to accomplish.
Tenth, if he uses all existing Dollars for the amount, then what happens to the USA Economy which supports the Dollar?
Eleventh, it is currently not supported by Gold or Silver (Check with Project 2025).
