UEIR Currency

The UEIR Barternote Exchange Rate is:
Trade 1 or more units of an item, with Barternotes, Per Unit or Per Note.

 As this is trading one Paper Currency for another Paper Currency (of equal value), being Fair, one can only wonder why other countries don't do this.  Paper Currency is the same value everywhere because of what reason? They are all Paper!  So.. Go Trade them!

M7 UEIR 2013.

UEIR Barternotes are valid wherever Paper Currency is valid.
Adding an autograph will increase its value.
Example: *75 BN = 75 units of an item in value, or set value of traded currency;
you may trade the # of units per recorded number (*75) or just trade the Note itself for a transaction.

M7 :)
