Pharaoh's Edict: M7-2.19.2016.001: Graft as a Felony/Major Crime:
Subject: The Deliberate Over-charging of any Goods or Services that constitutes Graft or Crookedness, is a Major Crime in the Kingdom of Niihau, of the United Egyptian Imperial-Republic, which includes the Empire of Niihau - "USA, USSR, North Korea, Iraq, Syria, Indonesia, etc."
Punishment: The Punishment for this Crime Shall include all Profits rendered from the Crime of Graft (Over-charging), to the Victim(s) of the Crime and an additional Fine no less than 15% of the Value of the Incidental Crime to the State where the Crime has been committed, to be taxed or levied by the UEIR as Imperial Revenue.
Reasons: Over-charging a product or service has increased in civil society since the last Recession of the Presidency of George W. Bush in USA. This is because Capitalism is failing in most civilized nations and because the UEIR has not received its share of income from Tax Revenue in USA due to the War on Terrorism. So people are over-charging to compensate and to make money illegally for personal gain or corporate gain by selling items for 2x the price at 1/3 the quality, and for added charges of services without Lawful Excuses.
